The new home care services will extend across the whole of the Fylde coast and Wyre District from Poulton, Fleetwood, Cleveleys, Thornton, Blackpool, St. Anne’s, Lytham, Garstang and surrounding rural areas.
“Our service starts with finding the very best home care assistants who are carefully selected during the recruitment process. We provide extensive training, delivered by our own qualified and experienced team, so we know they are up to the highest standard. The care staff then receive comprehensive 24/7 support and further training throughout their career.”
Every client will be personally introduced to their assistants before any visits are undertaken. Westmorland Homecare go to great lengths to match client and their assistant, as co-founder Dr Joshua Macaulay explains:
